Novell Announces OpenSuSE. LinuxWorld Announces Award Winners

Yahoo will pay $1 billion to buy China’s second-largest Internet auctioneer, Alibaba.com

Novell announced Open SusE at Linuxworld Expo in San Francisco. When completed this fall, it will carry version number 10.0.

Winners of the 2005 LinuxWorld Conference awards have been announced. Best of show went to LTSP

PalmSource has joined MontaVista's Mobilinux Open Framework partner program and MontaVista has, in turn, joined PalmSource's Palm Powered Mobile World (PPMW) program.
